New information for all and sundry:
INACTIVITY PREVENTION PROTOCOLS
Ships shouldn’t be made until entire ship compliment (CO, XO, and 4 department heads) is confirmed, ready to board, and begin mission after 1-2 weeks (MAXIMUM) in dry dock. (Personnel Management responsible for confirming crew after potential CO has compiled list.)
Clearly stated and enforced punishment for not registering LOA. (One strike per 20 days without logging in, or until explanation is given and LOA requested. Enforced by JAG)
COs required to post, or have JP in progress once a week unless on LOA. (Enforced by TFCO )
All new recruits MUST go through Academy unless officially waved by CO. (Enforced by Academy Commandant)
JAG to randomly inspect at least 1 ship per month and turn in report to JFC and ship.
COs required to post news item at least once a month with information about what each department is required to accomplish. (Enforced by TFCO )
CO and XO bio’s need to include picture and detailed information. (To be inspected and determined by JAG)
Deck-by-deck information about what is on each level for each ship class in service posted on fleet site. Link to said information on ship’s site will be required. ( SFCC ’s responsibility; protocol suspended until further notice)
Every ship is to have up-to-date “Quick Report” like on USS Xelisa with information on ship’s current mission, detailed location, status, and course/destination. (See format below)
Clearly defined responsibilities for each department on a ship are to be given by CO.
Duty Roster of required posts to be given to new crew members including, but not limited to, a) Arrival post b) Handing over of orders c) Medical Exam d) Inspection of office and quarters. (To be completed by time at discretion of CO)
