ATTENTION VALIANT FLEET PERSONNEL:
If anyone has any prior experience in the field of journalism, or has
solid writing skills, I ask you to look into taking the position of
Director of the Valiant Fleet Post. You would be in charge of writing,
approving, and posting the articles on a modified SMS site, provided
by Kyle Galli. The following positions would be on the staff:
-Director (1)
Administrates News Service, approves all changes and articles.
Essentially runs the show.
-Co-Director (1)
Second in Command of the Service. Reports to the Director, handles
problems that arise with the articles.
-Senior Reporter (1)
Takes the lead on all major fleet news, such as reformation, or
downsizing. Reports to the Director and Co-Director.
-Reporter (2)
Field all interviews and minor stories that arise in the fleet. I.e,
current ship missions, new senior members of the fleet, etc. Report to
the Senior Reporter.
-Senior Editor (1)
Is in charge of ensuring all major articles (minus editorials) are
appropriate and unbiased, as well as verifying sources. Also check to
make sure that articles use proper spelling and grammar. Reports to the
Director and Co-Director.
-Editor (2)
Ensures all minor articles (minus editorials) are appropriate,
unbiased, and use proper spelling and grammar. Report to the Senior
Editor.
-Task Group Correspondent (3)
Submits monthly articles to the News staff about the state of their
Task Group, as well as outstanding crewmen throughout the month.
There will be a monthly award posted on the site, the "Ship
Spotlight", where the most outstanding ship in VF will be honored.
All who are interested, please send an application of no less than
one-hundred-fifty (150) words to myself, VAdm Ryan Blake
(cos@valiantfleet.net), Adm. Valrek (fxo@valiantfleet.net), and FAdm.
Galli (fco@valiantfleet.net).
Any questions can be sent to cos@valiantfleet.net.
